We have recently added the new SmartClean™ Scraper Systems to our line of manure-handling equipment! Composed of the IntelliChain™, IntelliCable™, and IntelliShuttle™ Scrapers, the SmartClean™ family of products has the brawn and the brains needed to keep herds clean 24/7/365! 


The IntelliChain™ Alley Scraper includes our new UL/cUL certified SmartSense™ MasterMind Control Panel! Thanks to its innovative Patz “Learning System,” the MasterMind Control Panel continuously adjusts to weather, bedding, and manure changes, while always maintaining superior sensitivity to detect obstructions in the alley. In addition, the highly energy-efficient drive unit utilizes a planetary gearbox that is driven by a single ¾-horsepower electric motor that is ideal for handling all types of manure and bedding. Scrapers are available for concrete alleys or rubber flooring. Top-of-the-line safety features are built-in to ensure a safer, more effective cleaning system.


Our IntelliCable™ Pro I, II, and III Alley Scrapers also feature the new UL/cUL certified SmartSense™ MasterMind Control Panel. These energy-efficient drive systems, which include technology for precise scraper automation, will handle your straw, sawdust, or sand-laden manure with ease! Scrapers are available for concrete alleys or rubber flooring. Top-of-the-line safety features are built-in to help protect you and your livestock.


 The IntelliShuttle™ Box Scraper includes the new UL/cUL certified SmartSense™ Expert Control Panel with a 4.3" user-friendly touch screen. The SmartSense™ Expert's three operational modes and its ability to program up to 12 automatic cleaning cycles per day ensures the quality and safety features you want for your employees and family. Ideal for slurry manure with chopped straw, sawdust, or sand-laden bedding, the IntelliShuttle™ Box Scraper handles manure up to 460 feet (140 m) from alley to reception pit. This scraper system can be customized to fit your operation with up to five shuttle boxes per drive unit.
