While working on a dairy farm during his high school years, Steven Best used a lot of Patz and other brands of equipment. Through that experience, he gained an appreciation and a preference for the high quality of Patz products.
In 1999 after leasing a farm for several years, Steven and his wife Amy bought their own dairy farm in DeRuyter, NY, and named it De-Best Dairy. When it came time to replace an old silo unloader on the farm, Steven installed a Patz Model 98C Silo Unloader.
More recently, he added a second Patz Model 98C and a Patz Model 8916 Belt Feeder. Steven states that he “saves time and labor with the Patz equipment” and has plans to purchase more Patz products in the future.
