Introducing the IntelliShuttle™ Box Scraper!

Patz recently introduced the IntelliShuttle™ Box Scraper as part of the SmartClean™ family of manure-handling equipment. Powered by the SmartSense™ Expert control panel, the IntelliShuttle™ is capable of handling your slurry manure up to 460 feet (140 meters) from the alley to the reception pit.

SmartSense™ Expert Control Panel
Acting as the "brain" of the IntelliShuttle™ Scraper System, the Patz SmartSense™ Expert Control Panel knows how to get the job done! The SmartSense™ Expert has three operational modes: MANual, CONTinuous, or AUTOmatic, the latter of which allows the user to schedule up to 12 automatic cleaning cycles per day. The UL/cUL certified control panel features an easy-to-use touchscreen display and an integrated lockout/tagout power disconnect lever. Furthermore, installation is a breeze with our quick-connect cables and pre-wired junction box!

IntelliShuttle™ Drive Unit
Our IntelliShuttle™ drive unit is designed for precise scraper automation! Our integrated sensor disc works in conjunction with proximity sensors to keep track of both the shuttle box’s position and direction of travel. Driven by a ¾-hp motor, the IntelliShuttle™ drive unit is both energy-efficient and economical to operate. Each IntelliShuttle™ drive unit can be customized with up to 5 shuttle boxes!

National Farm Safety & Health Week
This week is National Farm Safety & Health Week! The 2013 theme “Working Together for Safety in Agriculture” serves as a reminder that safety is everyone’s responsibility. The agricultural sector is still the most dangerous of the labor sectors in the U.S. - please use this week to remind others to work safely on all of our farms and rural roadways.

National Farm Safety & Health week has been celebrated during the third week of September for nearly 70 years.
