The UW Extension's Dairy Management website offers nearly 50 dairy software tools for free download. Victor E. Cabrera, Ph.D., Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist in Dairy Management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, developed these tools to help dairy farms make decisions that will improve their economic performance. 

Each of the Dairy Management tools is designed to be user-friendly and includes a set of clear instructions and/or a demonstrational video. The tools are divided into eight categories: 

• Feeding
• Heifers
• Reproduction
• Production
• Replacement
• Financial
• Price Risk
• Environment

Hoard's Dairyman featured Victor Cabrera as a guest presenter in their February 11th Hoard's Webinar entitled, "New dairy software tools and they're free."
