Thank You Dairy Farmers!!

June is Dairy Month and we take this time to honor our dairy farmers who work hard 365 days a year to provide us with safe, nutritious dairy products.

Farmers also make a huge economic impact on our local and global economies. They purchase feed for their animals as well as equipment and supplies for their farming operations. As a result, farmers provide thousands (maybe millions) of jobs for the people they employ as well as the people who work at the companies they do business with. From the small mom and pop ice cream stands to large ice cream factories like Ben & Jerry’s, cheese factories and even truck drivers are kept in business thanks to our dairy farmers across the country and around the world!
